A few years ago we had some silver coins to sell. We went to a different establishment. They really did not say much to us. They did not go through the coins. They weighed them and told us how much they would give us. That was it. What a change at American Rare Coin! When we entered we were pleasantly greeted. Introduced to a buyer. Asked if we would like coffee or refreshment. Then asked about why we had come in. Coins to sell, we said. The salesman went through them. Explained why he was separating them into groups. This continued through all we brought in. Then we were shown what the values were based on. It was so interesting and informative. They made it an enjoyable experience. Not like our previous experience. We felt we received a fair value for the coins and other items. Highly recommend American Rare Coin as a great place to sell or buy your coins, old silver plate and other jewelry. We’d go back again, without question.
