I had a small coin collection from my childhood that I recently shared with my 7 year old. He wanted to start our own collection.
I know very little about coin dealing. I went online looking for local reviews and found a few and I also called some dealers. American Rare Coin is the one I heard was honest, fair and upfront to deal with. I came in on a Saturday with my son and we were welcomed and helped for about an hour or more while spending only around $200. I have not compared pricing on what we purchased against anything else, but from my research on them and the help they gave me, I was very pleased. We will definately be going back to them.
