How fast do I need to pay for my order?
All purchases must be paid (as verified by postmark or initiation of a bank wire) within one bank business day of ARCC’s confirming and binding Sales Invoice number. See our Buying Process Terms and Conditions page for more detailed information.
How do I confirm an order?
An order is confirmed and binding for both parties and the products, prices and quantities are locked in at the time a Sales Invoice number is issued to the Purchaser by and American Rare Coin (ARCC) representative or when an Order number is issued to the Purchaser using our on-line Certified Coin Store service. At the time of confirmation the product, price and quantity will be clearly communicated and agreed upon by both parties. “Confirmation” of orders may be communicated via telephone, e-mail or in person. When do you ship?
Products purchased with a bank wire are normally shipped within 1-3 bank business days. Products paid with certified checks, personal checks and money orders will ship 10 bank business days after payment is received. Product purchased in our showroom are available for immediate delivery. Credit card payments up to $5,000 (not including shipment costs or taxes, if any) are normally shipped within 1-3 bank business days. Is a deposit required?
