How do I confirm an order?

An order is confirmed and binding for both parties and the products, prices and quantities are locked in at the time a Sales Invoice number is issued to the Purchaser by and American Rare Coin (ARCC) representative or when an Order number is issued to the Purchaser using our on-line Certified Coin Store service.  At the time of confirmation the product, price and quantity will be clearly communicated and agreed upon by both parties. “Confirmation” of orders may be communicated via telephone, e-mail or in person. See our Buying Process Terms and Conditions page for more detailed information.
